Gallium

Gallium Ingot Sealed in Polyethylene
Source:  Found, Lab Cleanout
Purity:  99.99%

This Gallium was found in the bag, in its original bottle.  It is very high purity, so plans could either include keeping it as-is or using it to try and grow Gallium crystals, which I hear isn't that difficult.

Gallium Square, Partially Melted
Source:  Bought, eBay
Purity:  99.9%

This square of Gallium is my 'fun square,' or the piece with which I play and explore Gallium's unique properties:  its low (86F) melting point, its ability to instantly alloy with Indium, etc.  Holding it tight in your hand for a couple minutes will leave you with a pool of liquid metal in your hand.  It sure beats playing with Mercury!
